Today, Slawit Bob is mostly trying to climb the stairs...

Climbing up is easy.

Getting down requires a wistful look in order to elicit sympathy from the nearest  pair of hands which are required to carry him safely back to terra firma.

Slawit Bob is introduced to Smithy who lives up Lingards Road.

Smithy isn't really bothered and doesn't want to be disturbed...

In fact, he can't see why he has to be polite. After all - Slawit Bob is a bit of a pipsqueak and rather beneath the notice of a dog with undeniable gravitas...

Today, Slawit Bob is mostly entering into the big wide world...

Slawit Bob views the prospect of entering Slawit with some trepidation.

He would like to leave it for another day.

But his cruel owners force him on to the streets and the effort is all too much for him and now he just wants to rest . Although he did feel rather smug when everyone he met said how beautiful he was. Collecting the papers in the morning will now take rather a long time  he thinks, as he has to greet his adoring public...
